RULES AND CONDITIONS

PRICE

The price is per unit, the apartment will be rented complete of all the equipment, excluded the linen (sheets, towels, table cloths, etc.), iron and hoover. There are no services previewed during the lease. Final cleaning’s fee and city tax are not included in the rental price.

RESERVATIONS / CANCELLATIONS POLICY

The rent is considered confirmed and valid after the payment of 30% of the rental price. Any banking expenses are covered by the customer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be not refunded. In case of cancellation during the week before the arrival, the total rental fee will be required.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Cash (max €1.999,00), via wire transfer, check, credit card (visa or MasterCard) or cash card.

ARRIVALS / DEPARTURES

In the case of postponed arrival or anticipated departure, the rental fee will not be reduced. After 3 days from the lacked arrival, the Agency reserves the right of rent again the apartment considering renouncer the customer. The apartment has to be vacated upon check out time by 10am.

BALANCE / KEY DELIVERY

The balance must be paid upon arrival, when the keys are collected from the Agency.

CLEANING

Final cleaning is not included in the rental price.

CLAIMS

Any deficiencies in the equipment must be reported to the Agency within 24 hours from the delivery of the keys. No claim will be accepted in case of non-notice. Any repair needs or faults caused post stay, should be paid by the tenant.

PETS

Pets are not allowed if not upon approval with Agency.

OTHER

Sublease is prohibited. It is prohibited to host more people than expected. The client is required to comply with the condominium regulation.
